Not always what It seems

Monday, February 6th, 2017
Dear Friend,

I just got off the phone with the first responder at Mrs. Stewart's 1800-325-7785
Warning I am not pleased. But I have to pass this information along!

I was initially really excited to try this " Excellence Since 1883" Whitening white clothes safely product. Sadly after second time using the Mrs. Stewart already bruised me by staining my Arizona white cute shirt.

Once I actually made contact with a live person, he sounded like he was standing at a counter and needed to walk away from the conversation we were about to have.

I said hello and explained my situation and how I literally just took my clothes ( which equaled a small load Thank God) out of the dryer and noticed blue scattered marks on a couple of items I had taken out. This man then explained to me that blue marks are common and I need to get a container that has a lid, or a trash bag and pinch the container closed with 1 quart ammonia and 1 quart of cold water inside and let it sit overnight, maybe a couple nights depends on if the stain lifted on that particular item of clothing the desired amount then immediately wash after if the stain, (their product created) was removed to your satisfaction. If not repeat, as the only solution to this problem.
I wanted a return on my investment actually and they can have their stain providing product back. I will not use it again. And it says on the bottle " So many other uses!" but if it wasn't successful with the first option of use, why would I attempt to use it on something else and chance to have to make another phone call asking what to do.

I then asked if the product actually get clothes whiter he said not really it takes a couple tries.

PAUSE ⏳
Pardon me 🚩 Come again?

I am in my mind right now you guys, come with me... He is still on the phone now...  Did he just say I have to potentially stain my clothes repeatedly to even have the possibility of the white being renewed to the "sparkling whiteness" as they claim with standards of excellence?

Why must I hear these types of things?  No thanks, I shouldn't have to do that, and I/ we should have been able to read that instruction on the bottle too.  Not the instructions they provided which were slowly over time the white starts slowly turning back to its original color. No thanks, Mrs. Stewart's.
I had to share my experience, be cautious when using the liquid bluing.

Sincerely,
A gal willing to try something new
